Restorative Dentistry

At Modern Haus Dental, we are skilled at restoring smiles to rebuild your confidence. Even with extensive decay or wear, Dr. Lee can often repair the structural integrity of teeth, replace missing portions, and return them to a natural, healthy state. Our treatments go beyond simply improving appearance - we strive to return your teeth to their optimal functional condition so you can eat, speak, and smile without hesitation or self-consciousness. From life-like dental implants to natural-looking fillings and crowns, our restorative services are designed to improve your oral health and confidence.

Tooth-Colored Fillings (Composite Fillings)

Tooth-colored fillings, also known as composite fillings, are designed to treat tooth decay and restore the natural appearance of teeth. Composite fillings provide a natural-looking and durable solution and offer several advantages over traditional metal fillings, including: quicker treatment, require less removal of healthy tooth structure, metal/mercury-free, and greater resistance to temperature changes.

Porcelain Crowns

Dental crowns offer an aesthetically pleasing and healthful treatment for decayed, damaged, or cracked teeth. We custom design and place a dental crown to permanently cover the affected teeth, ensuring your crown matches your natural tooth color and fits your existing smile.

Porcelain Fixed Bridges & Dentures

A dental bridge is a fixed (non-removable) appliance and is an excellent way to replace missing teeth. There are several types of bridges.  You and your dentist will discuss the best options for your particular case.  The “traditional bridge” is the most popular type and is usually made of porcelain fused to metal.  Porcelain fixed bridges are most popular because they resemble your natural teeth. Root Canals

During a root canal or other endodontic procedure, the inflamed or infected inner tooth pulp is removed. The empty interior is then carefully cleaned out, disinfected, and then filled with a rubber-like sealant called “gutta-percha”. Finally, the tooth is then restored with a crown or filling, allowing it to function normally like your other teeth.

Inlays & Onlays

Inlays and onlays are custom-fabricated dental restorations used to repair teeth that have suffered moderate to extensive structural damage due to decay or fracture. These indirect restorations are made outside the mouth in a dental laboratory. Inlays fit within the grooves of the tooth, primarily covering the area between the cusps. They do not extend over the cusps. Onlays cover a larger area, extending over one or more cusps of the tooth, effectively reconstructing the chewing surface.
